The NBACs Black Alcoholism 2008 Institute (BAI) in Atlanta Georgia provided invaluable training and networking opportunities for everyone involved and working in the field of Substance Abuse and HIV/AIDS. The BAI Institute tremendous success. We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2009 BAI in Atlanta Georgia.

As NBAC celebrates its thirieth year as a leader in the ongoing struggle against the problems created by alcolol and drug abuse in the Black Community, we wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on how the National Balck Alco=holism and Addictions Council became a viable organization: "Looking Back and Moving Forward."
